Cookies
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can manage them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences, keep essential functions working, or — with consent — understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies required for basic site operation (including remembering your cookie choice) and, only if you accept, optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to consultations information or forms.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| csc_job_advisory_cookie_consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | 1 year | CyberSecureCloud Job Advisory (first-party) |
| csc_session_essential | Supports basic site reliability and form submission continuity | Session | CyberSecureCloud Job Advisory (first-party) |
| _cka_analytics | Optional anonymised page-view counts; set only after Accept | 6 months | CyberSecureCloud Job Advisory (first-party analytics) |
Managing or disabling cookies
On first visit you can Accept or Reject via the banner. Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored choice and shows the banner again. You can also block cookies in browser settings; essential features such as remembering consent may then reset on each visit.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or images loaded from external providers may set their own technical cookies according to those providers’ policies. We do not use advertising networks on this site.
Impact of disabling cookies
Disabling essential cookies may cause the consent banner to reappear and can affect preference storage. Disabling analytics cookies only prevents optional usage measurement; consultation pages and contact forms remain available.
