Services described
We provide employment consulting focused on regional job search strategy for smaller cities and rural employers in Germany. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fee, and dates in writing (including email).
No placement guarantee
Advisory work does not guarantee interviews, offers, salary levels, or visa outcomes. We do not act as an employment agency placing candidates into specific vacancies unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Website content, written strategies, employer maps, and templates we create remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal licence to use deliverables for your own job search. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them without prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for decisions about applications and relocation, and for complying with applicable labour and immigration law. Missed sessions without timely notice may be treated under our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted under German law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from advisory recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such exclusion is unlawful.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful form messages. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in Berlin have jurisdiction for disputes arising from commercial use of our services, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date of publication. Material changes to ongoing engagements will be communicated to active clients.
