Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how much advisory work has already started, how close the session date is, and whether materials prepared for you remain usable by others. Informational website content is free and not subject to refund.

Timeframe for requests

Request a refund or cancellation by emailing info@cybersecurecloud.digital as soon as possible. We acknowledge requests within two business days.

Full refund

A full refund is available if you cancel a confirmed single session (mapping, document review call, or relocation briefing) at least 72 hours before the scheduled start and no written deliverable has been issued. For multi-week Regional Job Search Strategy packages, a full refund applies if you cancel before the intake session and before we begin employer research.

Partial refund

If a strategy package has begun — intake completed or research underway — we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already performed, typically calculated against completed sessions and written materials prepared. Partial refunds are confirmed in writing before processing.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered: written employer maps, annotated CV reviews already sent to you, and one-page relocation summaries. Deposits held to reserve a multi-week start date become non-refundable within 48 hours of the reserved intake when we have declined other bookings for that slot.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel a session due to illness or other cause, we offer a reschedule at no charge or a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Later notice or repeated reschedules may forfeit that session fee or require a new booking at the current rate.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, that session is charged in full. Remaining package sessions stay available on the original timeline unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Work already started

Research hours, document annotation, and preparation for your regions count as started work. Those portions are not returned as unused time even if you later pause the search.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights that apply to distance contracts in DE remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. If a mandatory right grants a broader remedy than this page, that right prevails.
